Imogen B Awarded Prestigious Scholarship for Hertfordshire County Youth Choir

 

Immy B, a talented young vocalist in Year 11, has been awarded the prestigious Chipperfield Choral Society Hammond Award, securing a scholarship to the Hertfordshire County Youth Choir. After a successful audition process, Imogen will have vocal lessons and numerous solo performance opportunities within the choir.

In addition to these benefits, the scholarship also provides Imogen the chance to develop her musical leadership skills by assisting in sectional rehearsals and, on occasion, leading the county training choir. This invaluable experience is set to significantly enhance her growth as a performer and a leader in the music community.

Imogen’s achievement reflects her dedication and passion for music, and the award will undoubtedly pave the way for further success.

Teachers commended for transforming Design & Technology education

We were delighted to read that our Design and Technology teachers, Miss Yalley and Mr Hadley were featured in the Design and Technology publication.  The article discusses the transformation of the Design & Technology (D&T) department at St. Clement Danes School over the past five years.
