Students take on Tough Mudder challenge in aid of Mind

Year 9 students Sofiya , Ambrin, Olivia and Ruby participated in the Tough Mudder 5k challenge on Sunday 5th May, together with older sister Rianna and their friend Carla. The team raised a fantastic £2300 for the charity Mind (a charity to provide advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem.)

Congratulations to the team for completing the challenge and raising such an incredible amount for Mind -  a great achievement for them all.

Teachers commended for transforming Design & Technology education

We were delighted to read that our Design and Technology teachers, Miss Yalley and Mr Hadley were featured in the Design and Technology publication.  The article discusses the transformation of the Design & Technology (D&T) department at St. Clement Danes School over the past five years. Adopted industry models like the Double Diamond Design Process and Scrum-based project sprints to enhance student learning. Established workshops with industry professionals to inspire students, especially girls, to pursue design careers. Key Takeaways for Educators Adapt curriculum to student needs and school culture.
